Performing Arts at St Aloysius

The five areas of the Arts in the curriculum are Dance, Drama, Media Art, Music and Visual Art. Students experience responding and making in the arts in Specialist classes, enabling them to extend their critical and creative thinking capability as well as skills and knowledge of all the Arts areas.
Performing Arts teaching and learning at St Aloysius P.S. occurs both in and through the curriculum. Specialist teachers facilitate learning in the Arts curriculum and all teachers create inclusive learning opportunities for students by teaching through the Arts in all subjects.
Each year the whole school community participates in an Arts based Concert where students are given opportunities to display their skills and creativity.
